• Primary Teachers (All Subjects): ₹12,000 - ₹20,000
• TGTs (Trained Graduate Teachers – All Subjects): ₹18,000 - ₹30,000
• PGTs (Post Graduate Teachers – Science & Commerce): ₹25,000 - ₹35,000
• Art & Craft Teacher: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000
• Music Teacher: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver well-structured and engaging lessons that meet the school’s curriculum standards.
• Create and distribute educational materials such as notes, assignments, and presentations.
• Assess and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid learning.
• Maintain classroom order, ensuring a safe and welcoming learning environment.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and school administrators to support student success.
• Plan and supervise educational activities, events, and field trips.
• Monitor and address students' academic, social, and emotional well-being.
• Stay updated on educational trends and enhance skills through professional development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject.
• B.Ed. / D. EL.Ed./ CTET/STET
• Proven experience in teaching or related roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
